Went Hiking today. Started at our friends house in Aliso Viejo, through the Aliso and Wood Canyons, to the Top of the World, walked down into Laguna Beach where we had lunch and drinks at Brussels Bistro to follow with more drinks at Big Fish. It was a beautiful day out!

I'm home sick today so I thought I would share this little fun fact.

It's National Don't Cry Over Spilled Milk Day...It's difficult to resist, spilling your milk and then crying over it. But hey, it's not the end of the world. No need to get upset. It's not that bad!

I think it's good to remember that from time to time.

Back story: my father in law used to deliver booze to a hotel near Caltech that Einstein used to stay at when he was a visiting Scientist. One day, he went into the hotel to drop off a delivery. He asked about Einstein's room and he was offered to visit the room. However being that he was in a hurry and on the clock, he decided to take a rain check. He never got to cash it in and now regrets that he never took the time to lay on Einstein's couch. Lesson learned, take the time to lay on Einstein's couch for you may never get that opportunity again.
