The weather is beautiful out today, cool and brisk, so I made sweet pea & spinach soup for my honey & I, and he made us some bloody mary's to enjoy the Lakers & Suns game with.
Here's the recipe I used, but instead of making croutons, I bought warm freshly baked french bread to dip into it...tastes so fresh & the color is so vibrant, yum!
